I think the webstats you are seeing is entirely representative for your "type" of website. I see a lot of the webstats for the sites of my customers and they generally follow a pattern. Tech type sites have a much greater population, or even majority, of Firefox users. General websites with a large userbase of novice computer users have IE in the majority. Novice users often buy a computer which comes with a browser and they never change it.

Regrettably there are still too many websites which require, or at least need an agent string which says, Internet Explorer. For this reason I think the Firefox numbers are probably under-represented.
